I build software.
And help teams ship it.
I returned to Amazon in August 2026 as a TPM in ShipTech Analytics. I work on projects that use data to improve how we deliver orders to customers shopping in our stores.
My earlier work covered identity platforms, regulated migrations, privacy-sensitive systems, and cross-org launches that touch hundreds of millions to billions of users.
I started as a developer. I still build software to test ideas and understand how things work.
I'm most useful when ownership is fragmented, incentives conflict, and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
Where I'm useful.
Align orgs that don't agree
I work across product, engineering, legal, privacy, policy, and operations to resolve disagreements and get programs shipped.
Build shared platforms
I've worked on identity and infrastructure at Meta and Amazon that other teams depend on.
Use AI, then check the work
I use AI to accelerate program execution: automated UI testing, bug triage, onboarding material, status synthesis, and faster ramp-up on complex technical domains.
Scale I've worked at.
Recent focus: AI-augmented program management
Used Claude browser MCP to automate 50+ UI tests running twice daily, reduce QA effort by 50%, triage bugs faster, and create onboarding material for complex programs. I am interested in where AI helps teams get work done and where it needs supervision — which is the argument I develop in The Mixed Workforce Company.
